Tracey has been a Realtor for over 16 years and recognizes the importance of reliable partners offering a superior product to accelerate success. An entrepreneur at heart, Tracey has a passion for identifying opportunities within different markets and industries. Tracey lives in the Okanagan with Quincy, her husband of 20 years, and 2 growing boys ages 11 and 13. When their youngest son was diagnosed with Autism at the age of 2, Tracey became an advocate for her son and for many families living with a loved one on the Autism Spectrum.
An active member of the Autism Community, Tracey was the President of Autism Okanagan and a board member for over 4 years with a passion for helping those in her community with diverse abilities.
What started as a passion project to pave her son's future has turned into a business opportunity employing adults with diverse abilities and donating a portion of all sales to a work program helping adults gain employment.
Tracey is excited about the future growth of her business. She believes the key to success is recognizing the abilities of the people around you and truly appreciating those who support your dreams.
